Parasagital Lt AVM

This is a left parasagital AVM, and the patient is l probably resting on his right side presenting the sagital axis almost parallel to the horizontal. It seems to work out very well and I think it is worth trying . I presume the head is elevated as much and possible. Further detaisl of the position would be welcome. I interpret the Ratings as 1 being the best.
